With over 15 years in HR and talent development across Malaysia and Singapore, Ahmad founded polylearnplatform after noticing how many talented professionals struggled to find meaningful career paths. His approach combines traditional Malaysian values with contemporary career development strategies. When he's not running workshops, you'll find him mentoring university students or exploring Kelantan's food scene.
